Cancellation Policy
Street parking and Garage parking is available. The Garage has a ticket system that shows $7 but that is complimentary for 3 hours.
As a courtesy, we send multiple text and email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice to allow us to fill that time slot and offer to guests on the waitlist.
The fee amount will be equal to 50% of the reserved services for no-notice/no-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. This charge is non-refundable.
